Warranty Claim
Every Emberline Welding product includes a limited one-year warranty.
Your one-year limited warranty is applied automatically at checkout. No registration or extra steps are required.
If your product arrives defective or develops a manufacturing defect during normal use, it may be covered under our one-year limited warranty.
How to Start a Warranty Claim
To begin a warranty claim, please contact us at info@emberlinewelding.com and include the following information when possible:
- Order number or proof of purchase
- Product model
- Description of the issue
- Photos or video showing the defect
If physical inspection is required, return shipping instructions will be provided during the claim process.
At our discretion, Emberline Welding may provide:
- A replacement part
- A replacement product
- Store credit
This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Emberline Welding or an authorized reseller.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Misuse or abuse
- Improper storage
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by third-party accessories
- Unauthorized modifications
- Failure to follow user instructions
- Consumable parts, unless defective upon arrival

This limited warranty is the sole warranty provided by Emberline Welding.
Except as expressly stated above, Emberline Welding makes no other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Emberline Welding shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
Some states may not allow certain warranty limitations, so parts of this section may not apply depending on your location.
