Refund policy

Emberline Welding guarantees that we will do everything we can to ensure returning your product is not necessary. However, should the need arise for any reason, you can start a return email us at info@emberlinewelding.com to obtain authorization for a full refund or exchange. We accept returns within 30 days of purchasing the product.

For all returns within the 30 day return period, Emberline Welding provides a prepaid return label, but we are not responsible for providing a return box. The customer is responsible for returning the product in new and unused condition. If the product is returned within the 30 day return period but we deem the product not resellable, we reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee and the cost of return shipping. Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the return and processing it.
