Warranty, Returns, & Refund Policies

At Emberline Welding, we stand behind the quality of our products and the craftsmanship behind our brand. Our goal is to ensure every customer feels confident in their purchase.

If something is not right, we will work with you to make it right.

30-Day Return Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days of purchase.

Once your return is approved, the item must be shipped back within 30 calendar days of receiving return authorization.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be in new and unused condition
  • All original parts, accessories, manuals, and packaging must be included
  • The product must not show signs of misuse, physical damage, or modification

For approved returns within the 30-day window, Emberline Welding may provide a prepaid return label for domestic orders. Customers are responsible for securely packaging the item for return shipment.

If a returned item is received in non-resellable condition, we reserve the right to apply a 15% restocking fee plus return shipping costs.

Refunds are typically processed within 48 hours after inspection and approval.

Defective Products

If your product arrives defective or develops a manufacturing defect during normal use, it is covered under our one-year limited warranty.

To begin a warranty claim, customers should provide:

  • Order number or proof of purchase
  • Product model
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos or video showing the defect when possible

If physical inspection is required, return shipping instructions will be provided during the claim process.

One-Year Limited Warranty

Every Emberline Welding product includes a limited one-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use by the original purchaser.

At our discretion, Emberline Welding may provide:

  • A replacement part
  • A replacement product
  • Store credit

This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Emberline Welding or an authorized reseller.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Misuse or abuse
  • Improper storage
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by third-party accessories
  • Unauthorized modifications
  • Failure to follow user instructions
  • Consumable parts unless defective upon arrival

Warranty Disclaimer

This limited warranty is the sole warranty provided by Emberline Welding.

Except as expressly stated above, Emberline Welding makes no other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Emberline Welding shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.

Some states may not allow certain warranty limitations, so parts of this section may not apply depending on your location.

Refund Timing

Once your returned item is received, it will be inspected and processed.

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 48 hours.

Please note that your financial institution may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
